Welcome to GBWP.net!

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our visitors to do the same. This page explains how we handle copyright claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. What We Do GBWP.net is an informational website. We provide news, guides, and links to download modified versions of WhatsApp (like GB WhatsApp) that are publicly shared by independent developers. We do not host, upload, or distribute original WhatsApp source code or proprietary files owned by WhatsApp Inc. / Meta. We only link to or share files that are already available on the internet from third-party sources.
2. Our Files and Links The APKs and files we share are modified apps created by independent developers (not by us or by Meta). If any content on our site unintentionally includes copyrighted material that you own or represent, please let us know right away using the process below. We do not intentionally violate copyrights and will act quickly on valid notices.
3. How to Send a DMCA Takedown Notice If you believe that any content on gbwp.net (text, images, links, or files) infringes your copyright, please send us a written DMCA notice that includes:
- Your full name and contact information (email and phone preferred)
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- The exact URL(s) on gbwp.net where the allegedly infringing material appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
Send your notice to: Email: [ha9853053@gmail.com]
We will review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action (remove links/content if necessary).
4. Counter-Notice If your content was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court (or your local court if outside the U.S.)
- Your electronic or physical signature
We will forward your counter-notice to the person who sent the original claim.
5. Important Notes
- We are not lawyers this is a general summary of the DMCA process.
- Frivolous or abusive notices may be reported.
- We may share your notice with the affected uploader/developer if appropriate.
- Repeated infringement may lead to termination of access (if applicable).
6. Abuse of the Process Please only submit DMCA notices for genuine copyright issues. Misusing the process (false claims) can have legal consequences.

We appreciate your understanding!
